Cancellation & No – Show Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email, and fees are applied as noted: 8 days or more prior to the tour date: no cancellation fee
7 to 4 days prior to the tour date: 50% cancellation fee
3 or fewer days prior to the tour date or no shows: 100% cancellation fee

Don’t forget: a bottle of water, hat, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, your adventurous spirit and sense of fun. Do inform us if you would like to have a walking stick.
